In close cooperation with PCB Design, we provide full-spectrum product development for ONTIME Networks, a leader in military and industrial networking solutions. While PCB Design is responsible for the electronics, our team handles the mechanical engineering, prototype manufacturing, and assembly of the devices, ensuring that the final products meet the stringent military-grade and industrial standards for functionality, durability, and environmental resilience.
With a deep understanding of the mechanical requirements of electronic systems, our engineers place special focus on IP protection, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), vibration resistance, and thermal management. Due to the harsh operating environments where active cooling systems can become unreliable, we implement innovative passive cooling solutions to ensure long-term operational stability. From the earliest design stages, we conduct thermal simulations to guarantee that our mechanical designs meet all heat dissipation requirements.
Our development process includes the creation of feasibility models during the concept phase, supporting the PCB designers in optimizing component layout and connector placement.
