Our engineers played a key role in a multidisciplinary development project aimed at creating a training device that enhances football players’ psychomotor, communication, and cognitive skills. We led the engineering process and coordinated closely with our partners — the industrial designers at Flying Objects and the electronics developers at PCB Design — to bring the concept to life. The development posed significant challenges from mechanical, design, and electronics perspectives, as the product had to meet functional, ergonomic, and durability requirements simultaneously. One of the key technical goals was to ensure the device could withstand powerful ball impacts and remain stable under physical stress. To achieve this, we designed an injection-molded housing resistant to shock, and reinforced the structure with secure mounting points and fastening tabs with integrated aluminum inserts.

The device features high-brightness LED panels that remain clearly visible even in strong daylight, providing continuous visual feedback for players. The intuitive control software supports skill development, while the user interface follows functional design principles, ensuring ease of use for both coaches and players.

➡ Result: Thanks to its outstanding technological and design solutions, the training device received the prestigious Red Dot Design Award: Best of the Best in 2022. The product stands as a testament to how modern sports technology can deliver high performance without compromising aesthetics or usability.
