Infracont is a family of advanced grain analysers that use infrared technology to provide fast and accurate content analysis. The products provide agricultural and food operators with an effective solution for monitoring the quality of their crops.
Our engineering team worked in collaboration with Tokadesign designers to develop the mechanical design and housing elements of the instrument. During development, particular attention was given to ensuring that the enclosure structure optimally supports sensitive optical and electronic components, while the design of the instrument ensures ease of use and long-term durability.
The enclosure is constructed using a combination of injection moulded plastic and sheet metal components, providing adequate mechanical protection for the internal systems, while keeping manufacturing efficiency in mind. The ergonomic design and modular construction allow easy assembly and maintenance of the different models.
