An industrial partner approached us with the challenge of completely redesigning an existing active vacuum nozzle. The updated version incorporated a 230V electric motor, significantly improving the performance of the rotating brush. As a result, both the housing and internal structural components had to be re-engineered to integrate with the new drive system while ensuring mechanical stability, user safety, and long-term durability.
During the development process, we applied an advanced two-component injection molding technology, enabling the production of complex-shaped parts while reducing assembly time and optimizing production costs. We also played an active role in preparing for mass production by developing dedicated manufacturing tools and assembly jigs—ensuring our client could bring the improved product to market quickly and efficiently.
