CLAAS aimed to develop a next-generation header testing system that could simulate real-world operating conditions more accurately and reliably. Our engineering team supported this goal by upgrading the existing test setup and implementing new functionalities tailored to CLAAS’s specific technical requirements.
Throughout the project, we introduced several innovations that enabled more efficient and precise load and performance testing of combine harvester headers. After completing the engineering phase, we delivered full manufacturing documentation and proceeded with the fabrication and on-site installation of the new testing equipment.
