With nearly 30 years of experience, our company specializes in the development of manufacturing fixtures and robotic end effectors for body-in-white (BIW) production. Our engineering scope includes the design of welding, laser-cutting, and hemming fixtures, as well as the creation of associated pneumatic schematics. We manage the full development process—from initial concept to complete manufacturing documentation—and provide hands-on support during robotic simulation phases.
Our dedicated software team increases efficiency through custom-developed design scripts and engineering toolsets. One of our flagship solutions is APPS, a proprietary off-the-shelf application that significantly improves the design workflow for pneumatic planning.
Over the years, we have designed fixtures for more than 100 vehicle models, resulting in over 1,000 unique clamping fixtures and robotic grippers. Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with the VW/Audi Group, we have deep knowledge of automotive design standards and documentation protocols, as well as access to their internal engineering databases.
