Our company has nearly 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing engine transport pallets for internal handling at AUDI’s engine plant as well as for inter-site logistics—whether by rail or road (LKW) transport. The mechanisms used for the precise and secure positioning and fixation of engine blocks must meet numerous criteria and specialized requirements, which we have come to understand in depth through decades of close collaboration.
During the design phase, we place special emphasis on material selection and structural dimensioning, as the pallets are subject to high mechanical stress during transport. In the final stage of development, the pallets undergo railway collision tests to verify that the structures retain their functionality and stability even under extreme loads. Our pallet designs consistently meet these strict requirements, ensuring reliable and safe material handling at all times.
