Description

To accelerate aircraft manufacturing, we developed the complete set of equipment for a dedicated production hall—from the design of multi-level logistics platforms to the creation of specialized assembly stations. The objective was to produce half of an aircraft fuselage every 11 hours, which required an exceptionally precise and efficient manufacturing process.
Within this project, our task was to design and develop the assembly stations. These platforms had to be compatible with multiple Airbus aircraft models, supporting the assembly of various fuselage sections throughout the pre-assembly process. The design also had to take into account the constraints of the existing building structure and ensure safe and efficient multi-level work operations.

➡ Result: A flexible and efficient assembly platform system that enables the fast and precise assembly of aircraft fuselage sections. Thanks to their modular design, the platforms are compatible with different Airbus models while significantly enhancing the pace and efficiency of the production process.
